The four step process works as follows:
Step 1: Choosing the Right Equipment
- You must select the equipment you need to process credit cards, Vista’s
trained professionals will help you choose the equipment that best suits
your needs
- If your business is currently accepting credit cards this step does not apply to you
Step 2: Cost Savings Analysis
- Send your representative your most recent merchant statements
- We will analyze on a charge by charge basis, your current costs versus our costs and show you exactly how much money you will save by switching to us
Step 3: Application
- Once we show you how much money you will save, we will send you an application
- Fill out the application with all of the necessary information and send us a voided business check, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask your representative
- The application will be sent to our underwriting department to insure all of the provided information is true and accurate
Step 4: Download
- When your application is accepted, we will set up a time to have you call our offices so we can walk you through the download process. The download is how we switch you over from your existing processor. If you are setting up credit card processing for a business that didn't accept credit cards we will send you plug and play terminal(s)
